Jon Gibson always dreamed of living on a ranch in the Rocky Mountains. An avid outdoorsman with a love of hunting and fishing, he moved his family west in 2017 and built 5K Ranch.

Locally Processed.

Ranchers Jon, Isabel, Jack and Dietze load up our steers and bring them to our processor. We work with a family owned operation that is nearby to have our steaks and other cuts processed the way we like them.

A Family Ranch.

All of the Gibsons work on 5K Ranch. From moving the steers and checking on their water to packing up our beef for sale and making deliveries to our loyal customers, it’s a family effort at 5K Ranch!
